Good morning, fs! Happy Presidents' Day!

Broke fast early. "Big Jen" w/Amy's quarter pound California burger, fries, tj's eggplant cutlets, salad, veggies and hummus. It was good. I was in the mood for a big mac and this did the trick.

Went out for a spendy dinner (both cash and calories) last night with neighbors. His friend is flying back to az tomorrow, so kind of a last hurrah, plus my neighbor is cleared for regular activity and has had a model recovery from his knee replacement. Boy did she have a wallop of winter while she was here! So we went fancy. Glad to be back to my food.

Ty so much for everybody's encouraging comments, i really appreciate ppl's wise thinking. i am just going to keep trying! It is way more mental than physical.

Still plenty sore. Did stts 🙌🌞 and then about 15 mins on helga, but she is sick. Kept cutting out and starting over. So i stopped. Hoping she just needs new batteries. Rm went out to get more stuff to try again to put up the kitchen shelves. Also to tune up the snow blower! Ha! Talk about shutting the door after the horse has left the barn...

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Your food looks delicious, again! 😀 Good to hear you had a nice dinner out. Yeah, that mental thing can get in the way sometimes, but you are still doing good. We are only human, well most of us are. 😉Hope you have a good day Jen.

Dude, every winter i dream of moving south. No reason i can't at some point. Although i would rather have snow than hurricanes, personally.
