Day 18- yesterday was terrible weather combined with not working, so steps are way down. I couldn't even go outside for a walk. I did 3,085 steps, 6 flights of stairs, 2.06 kms, burning 1,730 calories. I took in 1,518 calories, so still less than I expended!

I made a lovely beef stew (that was more like beef soup hubby said) in the Slow Cooker, and will have it again tonight. I have to divide the stew into containers to get the right amount of servings, this batch made 4 servings, so I divided it amongst 4 containers.
