Day 19 - another day at home, the weather was bitter cold and very windy, so not going out in that for a walk. But hubby did take me out to lunch, and I managed to stay on track! Yay for me! I had a bowl of clam chowder (the only other choice was French Onion Soup)and a small salad.Only had one of the butters. Yesterday's steps were 2,422, with 12 flights of stairs, 1.62 kms, and used 1,641 calories. I ate 1,266 calories, so still good! Today will be much better, I should get to my 10,000 steps as I am working 6.5 hours.

It is hard to eat on track in a restaurant, We have to estimate calories, and make choices from what the menu offers. Sometimes I don't bother to stay on track and just call it a "cheat meal" (too bad there wasn't a spot to check off "cheat meal" on the food tracker!) I asked for a piece of bread with my soup, and they gave me two very large ones. I saved one to go with the leftover stew for dinner. I stole one french fry from hubby's plate to get my FF fix!
