Today was a tough day emotionally - my best friend's mother passed away at 92 years of age and today was her funeral. I had known her over 40 years and she was like my second mother!
I wanted to eat everything in the world tonight - but I kept it at just puff-corn and some Special K cereal! A carbolooza though...
And, it snowed over icy roads all day so I had to again cancel some patients and come home. I hope the weather cooperates so I can get to Orange theory in the morning. Kind of a crappy day all around!
Goal Calories: 1150/1175 or less, and carbs under 25 total grams most days though let's see if I am still losing when under 50 total grams!
Macros: 55-65%/30-40%/5-10%

Long Range Goals: 2019 *Bodyfat at 27% or less (Current 29.38%) by summer 2019 *Longer range body fat goal is 25% - which at my age is great! *Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight in 2019 *Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts
