I would eat all of that. I'm enjoying Korean-type spicy things right now. Gochujang is some crazy spicy, yummy fermented, tasty stuff. But I'm all for spiciness from anywhere, as long as there's both heat and flavor.

Keyten - Me too. Unfortunately, I live in the middle of nowhere. Therefore, I cook it or I don't get it and it's too dang cold to fire up the grill right now. Maangchi has been my savior over the last couple of years once I found an Asian market I like in the city :)

I need a fridge just for condiments. Doesn't everybody? ... No?.... Just me then.

Newgrl, the bottom pic are ones I keep in the fridge. The top ones mostly keep well at room temp. I put up the shelf after seeing this one at a favorite restaurant of mine: https://tinyurl.com/ycqztrqn

Also if you like gochujang then you might also dig the "pain is good" louisiana style. Or the humble house ancho, which has tamarind in it. They're all pretty different. Some are smoky, some have ginger, or onion, or mustard... so as you can see there is no way to pare it down :p

The shelf is neat, but I also got pictures of all of that awesome food. That restaurant looks really good. My nearest restaurant at all is 30 miles down the highway and they in no way make food like that. Poor me. I have a decent hot sauce collection myself, but I've never heard of the Humble House Ancho. Maybe I'll Prime it here and give it a try.

lol. I like tapatio a hair better, but sometimes I’ll alternate them. tapatio is kind of repping that whole category (tabasco, crystal, franks...)
