Day 8 went well, although it was a home day, not much walking. 3.122 steps, 7 flights of stairs, 2.09 km, burned 1,714 calories. I also spent 20 minutes on my recumbent bike which doesn't show up on my fitbit. I tried recording on FS, but they don't have recumbent, just regular. I'm sure I burned some calories on it. But I took in 1514 calories (says something about sitting at home, doesn't it?) and put out 1714 just in my walking. At least I burned a few calories! Today I'm working so those steps should add up.
