Day 2 went well, worked so I got lots of steps in: 7,581, 5.07 kms, 5 flights of stairs, burned up 2,036 calories. All good! I have switched to Almond Milk in my tea and on my oatmeal in the morning, but still use 5% cream in my coffee.

I use an almond milk creamer for my coffee and tea. I buy unsweetened almond milk for protein shakes. Great alternative to milk.

Ryan311 I don't like it in coffee, but on my oatmeal and tea, is is fine. I find it just changes the taste of the coffee too much!
