Good Saturday morning, fs!

Well, i tried a few times to work out yesterday but it just wasn't in the cards, so today is another day. My knee was bothering me with all the dang lunges, so i am going to steer clear of them. Not sure if i want to do cize today or not. I know it is dumb, but setting Monday as official restart day.

I came in at reasonable calories yesterday, though i fell asleep thinking about having a late night snack. Luckily my laziness saved the day. After dinner i chose a scrumptious honeycrisp apple for dessert. 😇

Had a nice walk yesterday and will take another one today. The weather is lovely -- not something i say too often in mn in January. I may accompany rm to kohl's to buy some work clothes. Or i may just clean the kitchen and finish the laundry. I have been using or tossing food all week. I really want to cut down on waste.

G'morning, keillin and tomlong! The knee is ok, i just don't wanna push it. I have terrible balance anyway and the floor slopes markedly so lunges have never been my strong suit! Squats, crunches and yes, even burpees (slow, groaning, agonizing burpees) i can put up with, but i am swearing off lunges and dips.

Jen, at first I read, " not in the cards" as "not in the CARBS"! 😄 Yikes! What does that say about me? Sometimes being too tired to get up and eat is a good thing. 😉 You're doing great and Monday is an excellent day to start. I picked the same date. 😊

Nighttime cravings are the worst - why is it that food sounds so good when it gets dark out :) I love those honeycrisp apples - they were named perfectly! Have a great weekend and all the best with your restart on Monday - I know you'll do great!!
