I walked 3.11 miles yesterday completing my 50K challenge in May. Sadly, there was no band, no dignitaries ...no ticket tape parade! Just me, and the knowledge that I did it...bad knees, aching back and sore feet. After pushing myself for the last week, I was physically drained but I got up this morning and did calisthenics at the park. Oh yea...we are gonna get this done, and all you good folks are coming with me! Let's roll!
