Been doing really well as of late and I pushed myself to walk 2.5 miles yesterday.
My daughter is a Hip Hop dancer and knowing we would be eating at the mexican restaurant inside the hotel she was competing at last night, I tried to save myself for that meal.
I didn't go crazy, and I didn't drown myself in guilt and second guessing.
I only had 2 chips with salsa, a carne asada burrito with a some beans and rice. I also had 2 amber beers.
Its literally the first time that I have ever left a mexican restaurant without feeling so stuffed that I couldn't walk.
Yes...I'm that guy!
But yesterday, I saw DRAGLIST's post on Dr. Carson Chow and it absolutely affirmed my new lifestyle approach to losing weight and even though it will take longer because I refuse to be so strict with my CICO, I will get to my goal weight and when I read Draglist's Bio and weight loss approach, It motivated me even further.
A BIG shoutout to Draglist, Rosio19, marshakanady, Jengitfit123, JLente and many more for their efforts, contributions and the impact that they have had on my success so far!

Yes it takes longer, but we enjoy the foods we eat, we can eat it all💕💕💕💕💕💕 😋 with Moderation of course 😏 Good job, I hope u are reaching that feeling of “huh I can do this forever 🙌🏼”

Yes Mexican food 🤤 just don’t go to those restaurants everyday 😉 they put lots of oil or even lard on the food 🤤 moderation is key

I have always wanted to dance hip hop. I wanna be a fly girl! I am doing it for workouts. It is so much fun! I bet your daughter is an inspiration too!
