good Wednesday morning waking up really sore in my upper right arm not sure what cause that but went ahead and have the heat on it so that maybe later I can get on the trainer and get a ride in on zwift...
did 30 miles yesterday but it took me two rides to do this glad I did it was great to get that many miles in one day again
today's plans not sure yet supposed to rain if it doesn't rain might look at cutting grass if it does rain might watch it rain LOL...
great session in therapy yesterday did a lot of news exercises and when they measured me to see my movement it showed Improvement still have a catch at a certain point when I move my right arm upwards so not sure what's causing that and I've noticed improvements on different times that I wasn't able to do that after my fall guess it just takes time and patience something I'm a little short on

Been doing exercises they showed me in therapy...decided since it was gonna be a lazy day might as well try moving arm and keeping it lumbered up
