These potato chips make a great quick meal.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
- Cut the potato vertically and 1 1/2 cm thin.
- Place potatoes on pan, sprinkle over oil and spices evenly.
- Place in oven.
- Take out and let cool.
- Note : other spices can be used instead of oregano.
