Protein bars with peanut butter and chocolate chips.
Ingredients
Directions
- Melt peanut butter and honey together in large pot or Dutch oven in medium heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips, and mix well with stiff spatula.
- Turn all into cookie sheet and spread loosely to corners.
- Sprinkle choc chips evenly over the top and roll tight with rolling pin.
- Chill and cut into bars. Eat as is or freeze in airtight container with wax paper between layers or wrapped individually for lunches or quick healthy snack.
