Protein Bars

Protein bars with peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt peanut butter and honey together in large pot or Dutch oven in medium heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
  2. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips, and mix well with stiff spatula.
  3. Turn all into cookie sheet and spread loosely to corners.
  4. Sprinkle choc chips evenly over the top and roll tight with rolling pin.
  5. Chill and cut into bars. Eat as is or freeze in airtight container with wax paper between layers or wrapped individually for lunches or quick healthy snack.
