Coconut Flour Brownies

Satisfy your craving minus the guilt, with this healthy and dairy free snack!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 F.
  2. Mix coconut oil and cocoa powder in a saucepan on low heat for 5 minutes or till oil is fully melted and mixed with powder then let cool.
  3. Sift the coconut flour.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, vanilla, sugar, salt and cocoa mix together and whisk in slowly coconut flour into your bowl until no lumps and smooth, then sprinkle chocolate (add more if you desire).
  5. Pour batter into a greased cupcake pan then put in preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes. Check with toothpicks if ready.
  6. Let cool and enjoy.
