A traditional lasagna recipe with a turkey meat sauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook 9 lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain pasta and lay flat on a sheet tray to cool.
- Meanwhile in a non stick skillet over medium heat cook the ground turkey until browned. Add spaghetti sauce and bring to simmer.
- Spray a 9x13" pan with non stick spray. Pour enough of meat sauce onto the bottom just to cover the bottom. Top with 3 sheets of lasagna, top lasagna with 1 cup of meat sauce, 1/2 ricotta cheese, 2 tablespoons of 3 cheese Italian blend.
- Layer another 3 sheets of lasagna, top with 1 cup of sauce and the remaining ricotta cheese and 2 tablespoons of 3 cheese Italian blend. Top with last 3 lasagna noodles. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle remain 3 cheese Italian blend and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
