Dark Rye Apple Crumble

A hot snack made in minutes from apples and dark rye crackers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Core, peel and slice the apple.
  2. Stew the apple in half a cup of water and sweetener in the microwave for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove the apple "stew" from the microwave. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add the crushed dark rye crackers and raisins.
  4. Serve hot or warm.
