Оладьи из Кабачков

Оладьи из кабачков с зеленью.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Кабачки очистить от кожуры и натереть на крупной терке. Чеснок очистить и раздавить. Смешать кабачки, чеснок, яйцо, просеянную муку, соль и перец. Вымесить тесто. Кинзу вымыть, обсушить, измельчить и добавить в тесто.
  2. В сковороде разогреть немного масла. Ложкой выкладывать тесто и обжаривать с двух сторон до румяной корочки, по 1,5 мин. Продолжать жарить оладьи порциями, подливая в сковороду масло по мере необходимости. Подавать со сметаной.
