Die Schnitten sind relativ trocken, eignen sich aber gut zum Mitnehmen. Ich empfehle noch ein Erdnussbutter-Honig-Topping wenn ein paar Kohlenhydrate erlaubt sind.

Directions
- Verrühre alle Zutaten zu einem homogenen Teig. Verteile den Teig gleichmäßig auf einem Backblech mit Backpapier. Dann ca. 10 Minuten im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 175°C backen. Wenn der Fladen abgekühlt ist, kannst du diesen nach Bedarf zuschneiden.
