Bananensuppe

Wärmt, ist schnell zubereitet und schmeckt superlecker.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zwiebeln würfeln und in der Butter anschwitzen.
  2. In Scheiben geschnittene Bananen zugeben und kurz mit anschwitzen.
  3. Hühnerbrühe angießen.
  4. Mit Ingwer und Curry würzen und ca. 3 Minuten köcheln lassen.
  5. Den Topf vom Herd nehmen, die Kokosmilch einrühren und mit dem Stabmixer pürieren.
  6. Servieren und genießen.
