Apricot Coconut Balls

A sweet uncooked treat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put apricots, skim milk powder, almond meal, half the coconut and water in food processor.
  2. Take teaspoons of the mixture and roll in the remaining coconut.
  3. Store in fridge or freezer.

made this yesterday... realized my shredded coconut was sweetened... the dried apricot is sweet enough!.... it was so soooo good either way!!!!lobe that theres no sugar involved... my 9month old loved it!
