Calabacín Relleno de Atún

Gratinado con queso light.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cortamos la cebolla finita y la rehogamos con 2 cucharadas de aceite.
  2. Cortamos los calabacines por la mitad y los vaciamos dejando solo la cascara. Cortamos finos los calabacines y los sofreímos junto con la cebolla. Si os parece insuficiente aceite y queréis que siga siendo una receta light, añadimos agua según necesidad, pero pocas gotas, ya que no queremos que esté cocido.
  3. Añadimos el atún sin el aceite al refrito anterior. Salpimentamos al gusto. Añadimos un poco del queso rallado light.
  4. La mitad de los calabacines vaciados los metemos en el horno a 250 grados 30 minutos.
  5. Cuando los calabacines esten listos rellenamos con el refrito y con el resto del queso rallado por encima calentamos 5 minutos más.
