Strawberry Jam/Topping

A healthy strawberry jam/topping with no cane sugar.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash, hull and chop the strawberries.
  2. Peel and chop the apple.
  3. Put all ingredients into a pan and cook slowly for around 25 minutes. Stir constantly.
  4. Increase temperature and boil for 10 minutes.
  5. Bottle in sterilized jars or bottles. Store refrigerated.
  6. Note: goes great with ice cream or yoghurt
