A healthy strawberry jam/topping with no cane sugar.
Ingredients
Directions
- Wash, hull and chop the strawberries.
- Peel and chop the apple.
- Put all ingredients into a pan and cook slowly for around 25 minutes. Stir constantly.
- Increase temperature and boil for 10 minutes.
- Bottle in sterilized jars or bottles. Store refrigerated.
- Note: goes great with ice cream or yoghurt
