Bowlflan Banane Protéiné

Directions

  1. Écrasez la banane et ajoutez l'avoine, le lactosérum, l'œuf, la vanille et 100 ml de lait. Bien mélanger.
  2. Versez dans un bol et faites cuire à pleine puissance au micro-ondes pendant 3 minutes.
  3. Faire chauffer 20 ml de lait et ajouter le cacao et l'édulcorant si désiré.
  4. Démouler le flan et le poser sur une assiette puis le napper de sauce cacao. Décorer avec n'importe quelle garniture de votre choix.
