Ostrich Mince Filled Butternut

Halved butternut filled with ostrich mince.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-cook halved butternut and remove all seeds.
  2. Fry chopped onion and green pepper until see through.
  3. Add the mince and sauces and cook until mince is just cooked.
  4. Spoon mince into butternut.
  5. Grate cheese over the top.
  6. Grill until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with salad.
