Directions
- Préchauffer le four à 220°C. Disposer les prunes (dénoyautées ou non) dans un plat à gratin.
- Dans le bol du mixeur versez tous les autres ingrédients et mixez jusqu'à obtenir une pâte lisse et homogène.
- Verser le mélange de clafoutis sur les prunes. Saupoudrer d'amandes effilées si désiré.
- Cuire au four préchauffé pendant 30 minutes. Servir chaud ou froid.
