Galette 3 Légumes

Directions

  1. Épluchez les carottes et les pommes de terre puis râpez-les et émincez les poireaux.
  2. Mélanger les œufs dans un bol avec la farine et le lait. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre selon votre goût.
  3. Préchauffer le four à 220°C.
  4. Ajouter les légumes à la pâte et la moitié du fromage râpé. Bien mélanger.
  5. Verser la pâte dans un moule à tarte, saupoudrer du reste de fromage râpé et cuire au four préchauffé pendant 25 minutes.
