Directions
- Using room temperature neufchatel or cream cheese combine with pumpkin.
- Add vanilla, sweetener (like Splenda), seasoning and beat until smooth with a mixer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve cold with a tablespoon of fat free cool whip (optional).

This pumkin recipe is a great little treat. I don't care for desserts that are too sweet. This was perfect for me. I usually have a 1/4-1/2 cup serving at a time. I also used truvia instead of splenda. I will make this again for the holidays!
