Salad with Yogurt

This is something light and yet tasty and fun to eat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut cucumber and carrot into small pieces length wise and then width wise. Cut the green chilli pepper into small pieces or use it as it is.
  2. Place carrot, cucumber, spring onion, green chilli pepper and shredded cabbage in a bowl, add salt and black pepper to it and mix it thoroughly.
  3. Add yogurt. See that it covers all the vegetables of the salad and add finely chopped celery or coriander and refrigerate for 3 minutes.
