A soft fluffy bread perfect for gluten allergies.
Ingredients
Directions
- Separate eggs. Egg whites in one bowl, egg yolks in another bowl.
- Add cream of tartar to egg whites and whip until stiff. You should be able to hold the bowl upside down over your head for 10 seconds.
- Add the cream cheese to the egg yolks, you can use any flavour you like. Mix properly.
- Slowly fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Make sure you don't release too much air out of the egg whites.
- Spoon onto a greased baking plate into the size desired.
- Put the baking plate into a preheated 150 °C oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the bread is a golden brown colour.
- Leave to cool down and store in an air tight container.
