Bolo de Banana e Aveia

Para café da manha e cafe da tarde.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bata a banana, leite, ovos e óleo. Acrescente o açúcar e bata novamente.
  2. Insira o germen e a linhaça, deixando a aveia por último.
  3. Pré aqueça o forno.
  4. Unte a forma como de costume e acrescente na massa o fermento.
  5. Coloque para assar (em forma quadrada ou redonda de sua preferencia) 200°C ou até que doure.

Receitinha perfeita e gostosa, porém fiz somente com aveia, banana,canela e fermento e realmente ficou perfeito...

Se der Vontade de comer , eu faço somente com aveia , ovos , banana e canela , e uma dozagem de fermento , fica maravilhoso , e beeeeem menos calorico !!!!!!

Posso substituir a farinha de linhaça por farinha de beringela? se eu reduzir o açucar tem problema?

Receita de dar água na boca, porém com ingredientes ricos em carboidrato (55% de carb). Portanto, em minha análise, inadequada para quem optou por uma dieta "Low Carb".
