All Seed Crackers

These low carb crackers are amazing in that it's just seeds, water and spices.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix together the 4 seeds in a bowl.
  2. Mix together water, garlic, onion powder, salt and other herbs and spices to taste.
  3. Pour water mixture into seed mixture. Stir until thick.
  4. Spread mixture on a baking sheet with back of spoon to 1/4" thick.
  5. Bake at 325 °F (165 °C) for 30 minutes. Remove and slice into crackers. Flip crackers with a spatula and bake for another 25-30 minutes. Watch carefully so they don't burn. Bottoms will be golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely on baking sheet. Enjoy.
