- Cascar los huevos, separa la yemas de las claras, y bate las claras hasta punto de nieve. Añade el azúcar y sigue batiendo hasta que se diluya.
- Añadir el resto de ingredientes (yemas, yogur, harina y levadura tamizada, aceite de oliva) sin dejar de batir.
- Unta un molde con aceite y vierte dentro la masa. Introduce en el horno (previamente calentado) a 180ºC durante 40 minutos.
- Puedes usar el yogur del sabor que quieras, además frutos secos, ralladura de limón...
