On March 27 ate very lightly, 1046 cals (48% of RDI)to jolt my system. Back on routine and now 190 lbs. Not yet recording exercise as I am not doing a regular routine until I hear from the Doc. Feeling much better, with the loss of 22 lbs, with loads of energy.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
