Just returned from two weeks in sunny Florida. Three visits to Sweet Tomatoes and one visit to a fabulous seafood restaurant in Tarpon Springs. Guess I behaved 'cause I only lost one pound but I didn't gain any. Now back to the routine.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
