I learned that my doc office and physical therapy office is 2 pounds difference but hey in 18 days I lost another 7 pounds 12 pounds to go to hit my first goal I wanna hit! hopefully I can in the next month!!!
141.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 50.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
