Checked accuracy of scales with 65 lbs accurate weight. Found the scales were weighing 4 lbs light. Reset the scales and reweighed. Eureka!!! More weight loss than I thought. Now I go and pig out-----NOT!!!!!
88.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
