Only a half a pound to go, wow! I had started a "diet" so many times but didn't follow through with it and went back to my bad habits. I haven't weighed 125 in over 10 years. I wasn't even sure I could do it being over 40 years old.

I feel....amazing.

Ty all! @JackieSpahr, I am going to keep up with the 30mins of boot camp 5 times a week and stay pretty low carb. Tonight I'm making slaw and "Bahn Mi" pork meatballs (no bun)

Excellent job! I am a few behind you, working on the last 10 # to goal. Once I get there, I plan to keep logging and weighing in, and take action if I gain 2 #. I won't tolerate regaining the weight!
