Since I haven't been working out that means that was done by controlling food. Which means I can do it that way. I look forward to being able to workout again but until this cough is gone that won't be happening. Although I did do 2 sets of pushups yesterday.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
