officially only 1lbs away from my last lowest and by my calculations i did earn one pound gain. so this should be around the real point. now back on focusing on getting out of the 240s. i feel like i lost a week of progress due to my binge...oh well live and learn...back to progress!!! want to be at least 220 by summer....208 would be even better but we'll see...
110.9 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You don’t have to suffer I lost more then my goal weight I did it eating clean in instagram I follow someone it’s called cleanfoodcrush she tells you her story and how she loss weight and maintain for years you could get all her recipes for free
