How are you feeling? Are you drinking at least 8 glasses of water?

Hi runrgirl. I have been better. I do not like what the heart drugs are doing to me but I am at high risk of a stroke if I stop them before they know exactly what is wrong with my heart. Kind of depressing, but I am not at risk. Re water. I have never had a problem drinking water. I have 2 empty 1.75 liter(6 1/2 cups) 'Simply Orange' juice containers filled with fresh water every morning. One is on my bedside table and the other is in the living-room. I go through 1 1/2 per day on average, about 10 cups of water. I don't drink anything else except coffee (now decaf) and once in a blue moon a cup of tea at my parents home. I have to drink a lot of water because I eat a lot of fibre rich foods due to a life-long slow digestion system problem.

Aw I'm so sorry to hear this. The good news is at least there are meds for your condition and hopefully they figure out what exactly is the problem. Keep your chin up and keep forging forward one step at a time.
