Trying hard and keeping below RDI but my weight is slow coming off. A little discouraging seeing I am eating two meals a day and any snacks are celery and carrots. Oh well, I'll keep on plugging away.

I follow my own food regimen, not a diet as such. I am trying to eat more protein and less carbs. My struggle was more with quantity at each meal but now that is under control and carbs are being addressed. I eat two meals a day, AM and around 3:30 PM. My RDI is 2100 cal's per day and I try to keep it below that but not excessively. During the day I drink around 50 to 60 ounces of water mostly in the form of tea and 2 mugs of coffee.
