BP & PULSE: 1:10am -110/71 57p. 3:30am - 102/66 58p. 7:30pm - 120/91 60p
SCALE: 314.9
MEALS: Breakfast 9am - red river cereal, yogurt & banana. Lunch: 1:20pm salad with tuna & boiled egg. Supper: 6:40pm 1 cup left-over veggie pasta, on bed of lettuce with grated cheddar. Snack: 4pm really a binge as I ate too many pieces of dark 75% chocolate.

THOUGHTS: I vacuumed the living room and kitchen in morning. The fitbit read 135 pulse, but I laid down for 10 minutes and it dropped back down to 60. I was on my way to the bank this afternoon (2 blocks away) and I was going to walk there, with my fitbit on. Just before I left I received a call from the hospital. They received Dr's referral & the report and lab tests from Urgent Care Clinic. She asked me questions for about 45 minutes, called it a intake interview. Afterwards, based on reports from Dr and my answers about symptoms and family history, she is requesting an urgent echo-cardiogram. She is also requesting a holter monitor. She said based on information they already have, heart disease is suspected.
She asked if I had any questions... I said I was dieting eating just under 1500 calories, and that I had lost 20 lbs since Dec 27,17. She asked what diet? I said nothing weird, just lots of vegetables, fruit and protein. Just reducing quantity, reducing salt, avoiding sugary sweets, and have already switched to decaf coffee. She said to continue, as I was doing doing well, and this will be beneficial in treating this heart.

I also asked about walking to the bank. She said no, don't do anything strenuous until after more tests are done and results are completed. No vacuuming house, moving boxes or carrying bags of groceries upstairs, no walking blocks for now.

You’re doing amazing! Good luck at the doctors! I walked to school to pick the kids up yesterday, at a slight incline through the snow, and my HR was 168, it usually goes up to the 120-130 range. My resting HR is usually just over 70.
