Following diet very well but no weight loss. Must analyze and perhaps eliminate some foods and become more disciplined with exercise.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks 8Patty. That's one problem I struggle with, I'm seldom thirsty. I do drink 4 to 5 cups of tea a day which is around 40 oz. plus 2 to 3 cups of coffee.
