SLEEP: To bed at 1am. To sleep by 1:30am. Awake at 9am.
SCALE: 315.2.
BF: 9am 114/74 pulse 119
MEALS: SNACK: 3pm cottage cheese. LUNCH: 4pm 2 raisin toast, 1/2 banana, 15g cheese. SUPPER: Chicken Korma frozen meal. (Took away 1 cup of rice that was in tray and replaced it with 1 cup of bean sprouts.) SNACK: 10pm 1 cup rice leftover, 1/4 avocado & kimchi.

THOUGHTS: I called Dr office as soon as I woke up. Nurse said I should go to Urgent Care Clinic instead. I went and they hooked me up to heart monitors all morning, and did a whole bunch of blood and urine lab tests. Dr diagnosed me with Atrial Flutter, but I have to get further testing to determine the cause. He put me immediately on 2 drugs, a beta blocker and a blood thinner until I see an Internist. If it just started in the last day or so they would have sent me in ambulance to Emergency Hospital, with the suspicions of an imminent stroke, but because I have felt odd for at least a week, and only knew yesterday my resting pulse was high, they did not think it was an immediately urgent and that I can be helped with the drugs, until they determine the cause.
I also got reprimanded for not seeing Dr as soon as I felt my heart fluttering, and that I should have seen Dr immediately because of possible stroke.

Isn't that Life for ya. You start making positive changes and then get hit with a whammy of a challenge. Dr said stop all caffeinated beverages, coffee, tea, sodas, etc. He said the dark chocolate I have been eating has very little caffeine so I can continue using it as an aid to stopping binges. He said continued trying to loose weight, as my diet was balanced and had nothing to do with this either.
143.0 kg Lost so far: 9.0 kg.    Still to go: 77.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
