BINGE: At 1 am I ate a whole lot of mini marshmallow. Craving for something sweet. Only consolation is, I did not devour the whole bag. But I think it was a factor in my heart racing and hour later.

SLEEP: To bed at 2 am. My heat pounding. Unable to go to sleep. Got up to find blood pressure cuff. 115/86 115 pulse. Scary??? Took 2 more readings in the next 20 minutes: 109/71 109p & then 120/77 106p. Going down so relaxed and fell asleep. Woke at 7am. Took BP 126/66 78p. Feel more calm, peed, stepped on scale, then I searched through house to find Fitbit that I got as a gift in 2016 and never wore, because I could not get it to work with my old cell phone. I plugged it in to charge up battery, and went back to sleep. Slept till 11am. Reading 97/84 119p and stepped on scale. I put on Fitbit and it read pulse 122 and I am just sitting at side of bed. I will not panic but I will tell my Dr the next time I see him.

SCALE: 317 at 7am & 4 hrs later 315.8 (maybe I burned extra calories while I slept because of racing heart???) I am going to reduce my coffee/caffeine intake to see if racing heart slows down in next few days

MEALS: 2 toast, peanut butter & small piece of banana. Mug of hot water instead of coffee.

Been checking out your photos and you make some wondeful and tasty looking dishes. It's a hard journey you're on but you can do it 👍🏻. I'm trying to get down to under 200lb which I haven't been since before my 20's. I do well for a while then go back to bulk eating snack food. I'm on a 3 day diet, then off for 4 four days. It's a chemical low calorie diet which is seemin to work. Already feeling better for it and my craving for sweet stuff has vanished. You can do it and love the posts, 😃. SCOUSE

Thanks Swimshorts. My craving for sweets is lessening slowly but surely. Taking the photos makes me sit down to eat and I also shows me that I cannot possibly be hungry when I look at the huge volume of food I eat daily. It is just better choices with lower calories that I fill my plate with now. I will be thrilled when I get below 300. Same goes for your as well, getting below 200. Best wishes for both our success!
