SLEEP:
To bed 2:15 am. To sleep right away. Awake without alarm at 9 am and feel rested. Slept 6 3/4 hrs

SCALE:
I wasn't going to step on it today, but I am glad I did. Down .4 lb.

MEALS:
Breakfast at 11:45 am-pumped up scrambled egg on toast w avocado & salsa. Coffee.
Lunch: broiled slices zucchini w butter & parmesan cheese, pumped up Protein burger & salsa. Coffee.

CURRENT THOUGHTS:
1-I am in a real up mood today. Hope you all are as well.

2-My food is colourful but I need to add colors other than red, green & yellow. I just googled and found a great photo to switch things up each month and inspire you to add variety to your diets. It is making it a lot easier for me this time.

3-I am also thinking about how throughout my life I would explain my obesity, when anyone dared to ask, by responding, in silence or out loud "I just LOVE to eat". What I said became a self-fulfilling prophecy. I was lying and dismissing the question and my inner thoughts. I wish I had loved my body, myself & and life as much as I ENJOY food.

4-What are your feelings about food and what do you say to yourself, to stay healthy and fit?

I love to eat, too! Thankfully I love many foods, and not just junk food. I’m finding ways to enjoy eating healthy foods too. When I’m feeling low I remind myself that there are things I want to do that I can’t do at my current weight/fitness level and that if I can keep going when it gets tough, I can keep going forever!

I have always loved food but for me the binges would come during times of boredom or high stress. Anyway, I wanted to say hi and tell you that I really enjoyed reading your journal. I just found this app a few days ago and although I haven’t written much yet, what little I have done has helped me. It somehow feels like it’s making it easier? Keep up the good work on improving your health! I look forward to your next entry.
