Asleep before 3 am. Awake before alarm at 9 am. Slept 6 hrs. Breakfast at 11 am -avocado toast. Lunch at 1 pm - Almond crunch granola.

This afternoon I watched Jan 24 episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. The guest band-The Avert Brothers performed at the end, a song called "No Hard Feelings". It was a beautiful song, and the words will bring tears, even to the toughest person. I am not sure if I can put a link here but I will try. The song got me thinking....and I spent most of the afternoon, deciding what is most important to me, and how I can become a better, more loving person. Then I narrowed down my focus to this 2 year weight-loss journey ahead, and how best to achieve it. I made some short-term goals to keep me motivated. I am also wondering about the FS Groups and Challenges, and would they be beneficial?

Should I join a group or a challenge??? Not sure what might help the most. Can anyone offer any insight, which is better a group or a challenge, etc.

If I started my own challenge, based on losing 20 pounds in 10 weeks, with 2 teams - is anyone interested?
