deelbee's Journal, 18 Jan 18

To bed at 2 am. To sleep before 3 am. Awake at 7:30 am as thirsty. Back to sleep for 1.5 hrs. Slept 6.5 hrs. Not hungry till 2 pm - my first meal was same as yesterday, just 1/2 the amount. By 6 pm I was really hungry and had 3 cups of my cabbage vegetable beef soup and them made an apple crisp in microwave for dessert.

Have not recorded a weight for a few days as was the same.. a plateau. Filled them all in today. Because I am not losing, I think I have to reduce my calories further from 2100 to 2000, 1900, 1800....until I start loosing again. I am not sure how to change my RDI without manipulating my height or age to arrive at 2000.
Any suggestions?

To change the RDI to what you want it to be go through the recalculate process, when you get to the part where it tells you what it recommends you should be able to edit that number right there. I set mine at 1500, but I don't generally eat that much in a day.

Thank-you. That was way easier than I thought it was to change. I thought we were stuck with the automatic RDI calculation. I have now changed mine to 1800.
