Well , the big man gonna be making his rounds on the 24th or 25th and hope all were good - I was great this year hahahaha and I hope he don't remember everything I did this year - No disrespect to anyone not celebrating or other religious preference but I hope whatever you participate in, it is very joyous -
Anyway , I think everyone here I talk to has been good and I hope you get 1 thing at least you like -
I hope some get dance lessons, you know who you are.
I hope some a sense of humor, lol, we all got to have that to do this .
I hope especially, that everyone not go up and down on the rollercoaster but realize this is life - Us older folk, have more negative things happen then when you were young and we got to deal with it. Do something good for yourself often and smile in the mirror, because you are wonderful.
Say this often to yourself, feel good, and this will spread amongst everybody -

Oh by the way, I am having fajitas today in the crock pot -
Can put them on tortillas for others or eat in a soup form -
Red peppers, green peppers, onions , fajita mix from store , chicken -
I didn't have steak or shrimp this time - I put lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream for the extra experience -
I had a couple eggs in pizza sauce with some beef summer sausage cut up in there - Onions , black olives and mushrooms for taste but watching those carbs , not onions so much -
I have cannolis in front of me but will not post picture - I am afraid it will cost the biggest all around weight gain in fatsecret history - lol
